product quality assurance through its efficient workforce and procedures:

• Each of the manufacturing units is equipped with independent QC cells
• Risk analysis, pre-production meeting, pilot runs & wearer trials
• Stringent quality checks at every process in sewing, cutting and finishing
• Adequate QC teams focusing right at the beginning of every process and thus reducing rejection rates
• Use of Light Box (Light sources D65, TL84, TUNGSTEN, & UV) for checking shade variation in the fabrics and separating shade lots
• Ensuring AQL 1.5
